Playing a key role at our Wolf Blass, Lindemans and Penfolds sites you will be responsible for driving ‘Right First Time’ continuous improvement practices and in wine packaging quality and associated systems.
You are adept at developing quality standards and have had exposure to working with production and procurement in improving supplier performance. Putting your exceptional problem solving skills to the test, you are able to capture industry best practice opportunities and integrate them into Foster’s production processes. Your ability to lead production and procurement to coordinate supplier reviews and improve supplier performance will set you on a path towards success.
Coming from a packaging environment where quality is your key focus you have demonstrated experience with evaluating and introducing new packaging developments to production. You are able to understand and develop robust testing protocols, execute trials and prepare technical data for reporting purposes. Working at all business levels you are able to coordinate and motivate key stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain quality standards, specifications and management systems for the Australia and New Zealand packaging function. Your ability to collate, interpret and prepare technical data will enable you to drive business outcomes.
