Packaging Engineer
| RB is seeking a Packaging Engineer, with a track record of achievement, to join the team responsible for some of the top brands in Household and Personal Care. Our brands include Finish, Mortein, Clearasil, Nurofen, Dettol and many more. Our business is continually changing and we’re seeking high performers with an interest in fast tracking their career.

As a Packaging Engineer you will manage the development and implementation of new packaging concepts, components, and packaging changes, in support of new or existing product development. You will also be responsible for identifying cost reduction opportunities, and operational improvement activities. The portfolio of packaging types, materials used & finished products is quite broad & is of substantial volume & value.
Our Packaging Engineers need to proactively manage timelines, numerical data, and conflicting priorities, and will be required to liaise with cross-functional experts across the business (Marketing, Suppliers, Factory, Quality, procurement), as part of a wider project team, in order to meet project objectives.
